Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or holidays.


Delivery Times

Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Carrier

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or an equivalent reputable courier service selected by S BOY UK LTD.

Carrier services and delivery methods may vary depending on package size, destination, and service availability.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your order.

Any applicable delivery fees are non-refundable.


Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Delivery Issues & Delays

Ryziger UK and S BOY UK LTD are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or security inspections
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbours or building management
  • Check for any delivery notifications from Royal Mail

If the package cannot be located, please contact support@ryziger.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist with an investigation.

Ryziger UK reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.


International Shipping

At this time, Ryziger UK primarily ships within the United Kingdom. International shipping options may be offered on a limited basis.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
