Returns & Refund Policy (UK)

Returns

We accept returns or exchanges of qualifying items purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. For fragrances, the cellophane must remain sealed and unbroken.

Personalised or custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To start a return, please email support@ryziger.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing it is unopened and in original condition

Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

There is no restocking fee. However:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Ryziger UK reserves the right to refuse any refund if returned merchandise does not meet the conditions listed above.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card provider — posting times may vary
  3. Contact your bank for processing confirmation

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ryziger.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, promotional items, and discounted items are non-refundable.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email support@ryziger.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video of the issue

We will assess and resolve the issue accordingly.


Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Products purchased with promo codes or store credit

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  1. Return the original item (once approved)
  2. Place a new order separately

UK & EU Consumer “Cooling-Off” Period

If your order is shipped to the UK or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and sealed
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
